  • Priority changed from High to Normal

thanks for the heads up, but i just do not want to do another context switch now for something we have not officially released.

will do when we work on the GUI, which keeps on being postponed.

Understand. Unfortunately since there is no other upgrade path for Greyhole. We might see some complaints or issues in the forums. The hda builds on the Greyhole site have ceased as you asked.

I will update the wiki to indicate hda updates to Greyhole for Fedora 19 are no longer available on that site. Please let me know when you need me to test a new build.

the hda-greyhole builds from there ceasing are a good thing. they had flawed init scripts and other junk. if we'd let people use them then we'd have a mess.
(witness plex media server and how hard it is to update to the new rpm because it has to be done cleanly -- more so for GH)

Agreed. I have no complaints of having one source for the RPM. That is best as hard to support someone elses packaging issues.

Having control from our end is best with Amahi integration. I never really did like the way it was previously. Good example was the sneaking in of the 'phone home' portion. I never knew about it until you informed me. That was not cool.

cpg is packaging greyhole to amahi-grehole for the next RPM release of the latest update.

This will ensure stability with the Amahi platform. Once it is released to the repo, this bug will be closed.
