Option to add to Samba Global settings
Description
Add Extra Parameters option to Shares Tab for Global settings. This will allow users to add options that are specific to the Global area, such as 'Domain Master = yes', etc.
This would function similarly to the current 'Extra Parameters" option for shares.

Might consider making this a mangage Global settings, allowing users to control some of the current hard codes options. We would want to be selective here, but still a good option to offer.
