Bug #1688 still blocking us, no matter what we tried

We at amahi care a lot about not spamming users and not using bad emails for users.

The Tucows service that hosts email is really a pain in the @$$. People host their personal domain emails and it's handled by

Emails from the Amahi site are being blocked by this provider. See the details below.

We have tried to have at least three users unblock it. We even have emails to them indicating they unblocked This still fails. We also registered with the urbl and unblocked It has been all futile so far.

Before jumping to conclusions, we have tried VERY HARD to keep our reputation for email very high.

You can see that we care a LOT about our email reputation. Our track record is impeccable with all 100+ blacklists:

However, * (Tucows and resellers) have been a sore spot. We have filed to be removed and confirmed that we have been whitelisted via their system, however, this STILL happens.

Therefore we will not be supporting users from this emails system and we encourage users to move to a more reputable email hosting system, regrettably.

Remarkably, through the persistent work of Bryan B., this issue has been resolved, at least for the time being, so that the tucows systems are no longer blocking emails from amahi, including not just the domain from Bryan!
