Bug #1757
add a message on the console login to direct people to the web UI
0%
Description
this happens often: the user installs, they are looking at the install going through, there is the final reboot and they end up staring at a login screen, baffled.
there is more to do in the docs, of course, but this really happens.
we should add something at the end of an install so that the console shows a message before logging in that the user can see, with something like this:
******************************************************************* Your Amahi server is ready to use. However, it's headless by default. Login here is not required. Instead it's all managed through a web interface. If your client computer/device DNS is using your Amahi server, then you can probably just type this and use the web UI: http://hda/ Otherwise you can try accessing it with the IP of the server: http://YOUR-IP-ADDRESS/ We recommend you switch to using Amahi DNS, though. *******************************************************************

Add the text to the /etc/issue file. In Fedora 21, it currently holds:
Fedora release 21 (Twenty One) Kernel \r on an \m (\l)

I was thinking to keep this brief, we could put a link to a wiki page. There we could be more explanatory for beginners.

good idea. maybe this page on how to transition into an Amahi network is best?

Yea something similar. Maybe an indication that there is no GUI on the HDA and all things are done via command line or web UI.
