I thought I would give this another test. Sorry I have not spent much time on it. Anyway, it failed to install. Here are the logs:

You did not have access to the app so not sure how you saw it in your list. I have now provided you access, so please clear your browser cache, refresh your apps list and try to install.

If you have further issues, please report them here.

odd. I did all that. Then tried three different machines. The last one was the actual HDA (I have a GUI on it). Here is the logs.

will take a look, in case it's due to the major security upgrade we did to the site yesterday.

thanks for the patience to test it out repeatedly.

more soon.

Is this still an issue?

I have repeatedly tested the app and have not had any issues.

hmm, yes. it has been disabled. https://www.amahi.org/apps/clonezilla

how did you even see it listed in your apps list?!?

Oh, I see. You got it a while ago and then it broke or whatnot and was put to alpha state ..

maybe @bigfoot65 can chime in as to the reasons it's disabled to alpha?

What version of Amahi are you using?

Only Amahi 9 is being updated and the app has not been tested much.

The error indicates the source file is not found. That might happen for older versions of Amahi since we don't update those and Clonezilla is frequently updated by the vendor.

I posted a question here https://forums.amahi.org/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=6561#p37240 and bigfoot65 granted me access to the app. I then bought the app and tried to install it but no luck.

@road:
See if you can download this ULN from your network:
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/clonezilla/clonezilla_live_stable/2.4.6-25/clonezilla-live-2.4.6-25-i686.zip

Also might try it on your HDA from command line using wget.

Have downloaded on HDA (using wget) no problem. I don't know how to unzip and install from terminal (am running headless).

Have downloaded on win10 laptop not sure what to do next?

Ok, next I need you to do the following from the location where you downloaded the file on the HDA:

sudo mv clonezilla-live-2.4.6-25-i686.zip /var/hda/tmp/amahi-download-cache/36762ab5ad1233ddd4af921da2149c6baef81ff2
sudo chown apache:users /var/hda/tmp/amahi-download-cache/36762ab5ad1233ddd4af921da2149c6baef81ff2
Clear the browser cache and from the dashboard, try installing the app. Monitor /var/log/amahi-app-installer.log file for errors.

I will try as suggested and get back to you.

My root drive was at 100% over last two days, due to me not moving LZ properly.

For a nube like me it's been a very, very challenging problem to fix.

I've only just got the root partition down to 93%, after un-mounting drives, finding biggest files and deleting them (which took me many, many hours to work out).

Once the LZ is back to "normal" I'll follow-up with the next task which is to test out clonezilla.

Have tried what you suggested but no luck.

Turns out there is a package missing. Until it can be built and made available, this app will not work.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

BTW, this tutorial might be helpful until the application is working.

no problem. I'm happy to stay in the loop for when/if the package gets built and to give this app another go.
