Added a php module and tested app on prestine Amahi 8 machine.
Installed and worked with no errors. Checked and all PHP modules installed.
Also noticed there is an update feature which will automatically update to the latest stable version when executed. I ran it and upgraded to 8.1.1 with no issues.
Please uninstall and reinstall app. Check /var/log/amahi-app-installer.log for errors.

according to this site: https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/question/48882/php-modules-have-been-installed-but-they-are-still-listed-as-missing/ after doing a yum install php-pecl-zip command, restart the http and things should be fixed.

the app already does that, and in fact, the php-pecl-zip module was added as a dependency on aug 29th.
we need to understand what else could be missing, if in fact this is current. waiting for the new user to sign on here and report details.

One of our users reported after running the command from the above site "yum install php-pecl-zip" and restarting the http all works as it should. this is on 12 September 2015 23:10

If it's true that this dependency was not added by the installer of the app, there is a bug in the platform.
Would like to investigate more on that user's machine. E.g. how did he install, was the php-pecl-zip package not installed after the app is installed?
