Description

Have Help button on each tab of the dashboard that links to the wiki. We could then explain more about the functionality of that specific tab/option.

removed help.amahi.org references, link to https://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Help instead. It's at the top, so it does not depend on tabs.

i am not sure we can do on a per-tab basis, other than doing some design changes, which i rather not at this stage.

we can reopen it later if we have a more concrete plan.
