I can add each disk, and it does format the partition, renames if I change it, creates the mount point, and mounts the disk. All looks good in the web gui. But if I restart the disks aren't mounted and there's no entries in the /etc/fstab.

On the debug URL, the screenshot is pretty self explanatory, it just never generates. I do use no-script and firefox, but also tested with google chrome. Linux Mint 17.2 Firefox 40.0.3 Chrome 45.0.2454.85 (64-bit). Neither gave me a message about blocking a script.

Additional note: The DW web page shows / and /var/tmp as if it was 2 separate disks, but I know it's really only 1 disk.

multiple people hitting this issue. fstab is not being written.

user with issue in #1838 collected the logs

/var/hda/platform/html/log/dw_debug.log
/var/hda/apps/520ut3lo6w/elevated/dsw.log

another user where the FSTAB was added properly, but not mounted:

dw_debug.log
dsw.log
