the drives are not mounted!
hence the error makes sense. the two greyhole areas are both part of /

what's in /etc/fstab?

i suspect the new-disk wizard did not mount them.

#9 Updated by thekiwi about 5 years ago

Agreed, they are not, but I used Disk Wizard to go through the mounting procedure a couple of times. I format them and then mount them, select the drives in Greyhole and then they disappear.

fstab doesn't have the drives - do they need to be added manually? I assumed that Disk Wizard might have done that for me?

this looks like an instance of #1824. if you know how to please add them by hand to the fstab.

sorry for the bug.

#11 Updated by cpg about 5 years ago

could we collect the DW logs please. this would be greatly useful. they are in

/var/hda/platform/html/log/dw_debug.log
/var/hda/apps/520ut3lo6w/elevated/dsw.log

#12 Updated by thekiwi about 5 years ago

Will add the drives by hand. I assume the permissions for fstab are correct?

-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 595 Sep 19 17:27 fstab

Plex Media server not working is presumably unrelated to this issue and something else I need to chase elsewhere? Nevermind, I see it is still in Alpha.

Thanks for your help and troubleshooting Carlos!
