The price is listed as 0.00, which could be the root of our problem.

upon checking, it looks as if our system was not detecting your HDA well. did you upgrade?

can you check Setup > Apps > Available again?

the $0 amount is the balance in your account.

if it works please close this bug report.

I did update last week. Works really well.

Just noticed this. Whatever you've done fixed it.
