Yes.
see screen shots. No computer/tablet/etc can "see" shared folders. Of note, share folder TV Shows will not display as there is a space between TV and Shows. All other directories with single word folders will display (in the Dashboard.

yum reinstall libwbclient
Samba server starts and clients can "see" HDA.
