Please provide the URL for the following when submitting bug reports:
apaste --sysinfo
Also, check /var/log/amahi-app-installer.log file for errors.
I have tested the app and works fine for me.
BTW, your service start command is incorrect unless the first admin user is amahi. It should be:
sudo systemctl status qbittorrent-nox@first admin user
Replace first admin user with the name for your admin user chosen when installing Amahi.
You can also run the following command to see what that user name is:
/var/hda/platform/html/script/first-admin
Also the App Install Troubleshooting page in the wiki might be helpful for future app issues.
