http://hda/tab/network/settings -- hangs after click "Update DNS IPs"

Description
Marking this as priority High but I do not do so lightly.
Clean install of Amahi 11 under Fedora 27.
HDA is at 192.168.1.16.
DHCP and DNS are served by local device 192.168.1.40.
The "busy" indicator has been actively animated for about an hour so far.
Checking the output of hda-settings
it looks correct. It matches my Amahi 9 settings that were running for 2+ years. Here's the current output under Amahi 11:
General settings: general/api-key: 57d023713213f8a6a858bc444f396285ff527907 general/nick: taa general/domain: si.loc network/net: 192.168.1 network/self-address: 16 network/netmask: 255.255.255.0 network/gateway: 1 ===> network/dns: custom ===> network/dns_ip_1: 192.168.1.16 ===> network/dns_ip_2: 192.168.1.40 general/theme: default general/workgroup: WORKGROUP general/advanced: 1 general/guest-dashboard: ===> network/dnsmasq_dhcp: ===> network/dnsmasq_dns: 1 network/lease_time: 14400 general/initialized: 1 network/dyn_lo: 100 network/dyn_hi: 254
1) Do you need any other info to troubleshoot this?
2) How do I proceed?

Changed priority to Normal. I've moved on but I'm available if there are questions I might be able to answer.
