DNS alias http://hda not working, loads page: "The Dashboard has encountered an exception!"
The Dashboard can be accessed using the HDA server's IP address. The DNS Provider is set to OpenDNS. DHCP is working and WEB pages are loading fine on client PCs. DHCP is turned off on the gateway router.
An alias is set up for http://hda to point to the server's IP address. But when trying to access the Dashboard using http://hda, an error page is loaded which states: "The Dashboard has encountered an exception! Woopsie. Sorry about that! It could be due to a bug, or very low memory, or very low disk in the root (/) partition."
The server has 32GB of RAM, a 70GB partition for root (/) which is 4% used and the server has been rebooted.
Another alias is set for the gateway router and that alias works fine.

The issue resolved itself overnight. I have a theory that the DNZ records need to be updated with the server IP address and it seems that can really take quite some time.
For anybody who has this same issue; just try leaving it overnight and see if it starts working the next day.
