When the upstream service is not working, the HDA "loses" the assigned IP
NetworkManager settings as of now are not really proving to be reliable.
Not only they do not retain well upon some reboots, they also sometimes are temporarily lost while the upstream network is down: eg. the router is being rebooted or the ISP connection is down. When it persists, the IP of the network device is lost after a few minutes and I do not know why would that be. I cannot even contact the device from the LAN, which should never happen no matter what the router or ISP are doing.
