Add/Remove Shares--Samba Restart

Description
It appears that when adding/removing shares for external drives that samba does not restart. I added a USB hard drive, it was mounted and a share was created. When \\hda was executed the share did not show. Once service smb restart was accomplished, \\hda yielded the new share.
