Bug #409

Forum login redirects to a 404 page.

If I use the footer login method, it redirects me (after entering my login info) to the /login.php page. After entering my info there and hitting login, it logs me in just fine, but redirects me to /./index.php? and throws the 404 error, as there is no /./

If I go to the login page directly, and not use the footer login, it redirects just fine.

weird. the only thing i think we're doing is a redirect for https ... though that ought to be transparent.

I agree, but also when you log in at the bottom, it should not redirect you to /login.php to login again, it should just redirect you to the logged in page then to index.php.

I have searched for this problem before with no luck, maybe its theme related?

The only way to truly check is to change the default back to test.

BrandonK1989 have you tried testing with the default theme to see if this is theme related?

The only way to view the default theme is to change it to default for all users, as your not actually logged in yet to over ride the forum default theme with user defaults.

I will try later tonight when traffic is not as high than during the day and change the theme back in the admin control panel and test it then.

I will update this bug with my findings.
