Crashplan may not be able to be installed without Agreeing to EULA.
I think I simple check box that you agree to it would suffice.

Not sure this is necessary. Their EULA starts by saying:
"YOU WILL HAVE ACCEPTED THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT IF YOU: 1) DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, ACTIVATE, OR USE CODE 42 CRASHPLAN SOFTWARE OR DATA HOSTING SERVICES; OR 2) CLICK THE “I ACCEPT” BUTTON ASSOCIATED WITH THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT."
Which, to me, seems to mean that if you install, activate or use CP, you have accepted their EULA (point 1), and that is even if you didn't click any "I accept" button (point 2). They say you have accepted their EULA by either doing (1) or (2), and Amahi users will be doing (1), so I don't think we need to implement (2) in any way.
