DHCP Service, and DNS Service won't stay tured off
Hey guys, I have been trying for a few days now to turn off the DHCP service in my amahi server, and it won't stay off. I've turned off watchdog, and turned off stopping it from running at boot. I've chated on the IRC channel and it seems I'm not the only one, and it has to do with all services.
I downloaded all latest updates yesterday, bk wanted me to upload something to rpm -q hdactl hda-platform | fpaste, I'm assuming it's a log of something. I've looked on-line and haven't really found a solid way to stop DHCP except to use this command chkconfig dhcpd off.
repat said he noticed the same issue, but could not find a bug report for it. Hope you guys can help out! thank you!
and in case your curious why I need to turn off DHCP, I need to get my fog server going, and amahi's DHCP is interfering with it, and until I can get amahi's DHCP to point to my pxe server, I have to have it turned off. :(

So, after turning everything back on, and shutting things down one at a time, and completely restarting the server, it finally decided to stay off. I'd like to note that I had it turned off previously, but a power outage shut down all my computers, and when it came back up, it was running, and i could not stop it, even after turning everything on, AKA watchdog, and turning it back off. Only after I did those paste reports did it decide to actually work.

I have tried removing the dhcp service completely with
chkconfig isc-dhcp-server remove
sudo update-rc.d -f isc-dhcp-server remove
& it still says running under settings - servers
chkconfig --list output:
isc-dhcp-server 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:off 4:off 5:off 6:off
isc-dhcp-server6 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:off 4:off 5:off 6:off
this is with a freshly installed Ubuntu Server 12.04 x64/Amahi
