adito failed install leaving it stuck for installation later
the user had trouble once installing adito ...
then many subsequent installs failed with an exception ...
#<Errno::ENOENT: No such file or directory - unpack>
upon remote inspection .. there was a directory called /var/hda/web-apps/adito
owned by root:root ... somehow?!
i renamed it to adito.bak and that allowed installation of the app without trouble.
below is what was in that directory structure.
perhaps a way around this is to remove anything, even as root, before installing an app, in the installer.
this will only cover tracks and bug. causing trouble to surface much later, but it may be ok if we develop more rigorous testing.
