Mysql::Error: Operation CREATE USER failed App Install Errors
When an app installs, it creates the directory first. If the directory exists, it then increments it by 1, i.e. horde, then horde1, etc. This works ok for download of app files, but if there is a database involved, it tries to create it. If the database and user already exists, the install aborts.
The info from the abort is as follows:
Installing app id wrnd9uxsys under /var/hda/platform/html ENV=production
NOTE: file /tmp/amahi-download-cache/d831a59398544b77164e1b23119c5fbd56f6fb53 written in cache /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/activerecord-2.3.4/lib/active_record/connection_adapters/abstract_adapter.rb:219:in `log': Mysql::Error: Operation CREATE USER failed for 'horde'@'localhost': create user 'horde'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'horde' (ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid) from /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/activerecord-2.3.4/lib/active_record/connection_adapters/mysql_adapter.rb:319:in `execute' from /var/hda/platform/html/script/../app/models/db.rb:32:in `before_create_hook' from /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/activesupport-2.3.4/lib/active_support/callbacks.rb:178:in `send' from /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/activesupport-2.3.4/lib/active_support/callbacks.rb:178:in `evaluate_method' from /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/activesupport-2.3.4/lib/active_support/callbacks.rb:166:in `call'
Once this occurs, the app install never truly aborts. It states installing until the user refreshes the browser and then stops the page reload.
